Structure data and consistent collection allows for drill down into what cause refrigerant leaks and offers the information to prevent them in the future. Customers are presented with the data alerts and messaging related to systems with open refrigerant usage events. Relevant information is presented in order to maintain adherence to compliance regulation.

The alerts will trigger based upon status of the event such as EPA Trigger Rates, addition of new systems, length of time to enter event data, or number of events occurring on a system in a short length of time.

Consistent Compliance Reporting

Refrigerant Tracker customers have access a real time dashboard of refrigerant usage to keep up to date on usage events related to the systems currently under management.

The dashboard will include information related to number of open events in total, by system, amount of refrigerant added by system, by site, and a listing of systems with multiple events logged within quarterly period.

Customers may access a list of standard reports pre-formatted to include relevant data to meet the regulatory compliance. Changes to the compliance reports will be incorporated into future releases of Refrigerant Tracker as regulations are updated by the various regulatory bodies.
